Shipping Policy

We will deliver your jewellery order ( orders ) within 4 weeks of the date of purchase, when delivered to Canada.

This delivery time may vary if it is a special order, in which case we will notify you of the delay.

A 15 fixed shipping fee will be applied on all deliveries made in Canada.

Please note that a $ 45 fixed shipping fee will be applied on all international expeditions.

For orders delivered outside Canada, the delivery will be made in a reasonable time subject to the availability of carriers used.

Return & Exchange Policy

Compliant and error-free order cancellations are not permitted, subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

In the case of exchange authorized by JungSun Jewellery, you must ship the jewellery at your expense to obtain the credit.

The article must be in its original packaging and must not have been worn or modified in any way.

You will obtain the credit only once we have received the return of the jewellery and after verification that it has not been worn, modified or damaged by the transport of the return.

ORDER CANCELLATION :

An order cannot be canceled after 24h of the time of the order. If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us by phone or email before this 24h time frame. If you do not wish to receive your order, you can get a credit of gift card of the same amount of your order.

Customs

US customers : Due to recent changes, you can expect higher customs fees applied upon delivery.

International buyers please be aware that you may have to pay custom fees, duties and taxes on your items once they arrive in your country. If you do not pay the customs fees, your order will be refunded only until the package is successfully returned to us.

 

The return will be at the client costs. Contact your local customs office to see if and how this applies to you.
