Shipping Policy

Order Shipping

Shipping Time: Orders are shipped within 1 to 7 business days after receiving the order.

Untracked Shipments: Shipped via Canada Post. Delivery times may take up to 10 business days.

​

Tracked Shipments: Shipped via carriers such as UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped. Delivery times are generally 1 to 4 business days. All orders with free shipping are sent with tracking.

Express Tracked Shipments: Delivery is usually made within 1 to 2 business days.

​

International Orders – Customs & Duties: Duties and customs fees are not included. These charges may be applied by your local customs office upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
